The room was not nice, it was comfortable but not up to date. The staff were all very nice 100% if anything I would come back to this hotel because of the staff.

Staffs were nice, the rooms were clean, and food was good. Also, the kids activities and shows were awesome as well!! Every person working at Seadust resort was nice and welcoming. My kids already want to go back! Highly recommended!

Over all the rooms are clean and very nice,no stream in the shower and the water temperature is luke warm.lacks shelving inside the shower. Not enough seating around the pool ,the beach forget about finding a spot.you vant leave your stuff and go swimming people will just throgh your stuff on the sand and take tiur seat.the ala cart restaurant not that great.the best one is bigben the rest is a waste of time.need a revamp in the deserts department. Nothing was edible. They have a fantastic healthy snack bar and BYO salad bar.there is only one espresso machine in the lobby always bussy.the rooms dont have a coffe machine .4 elevators only most ofbthe time one is not working. Nice water park for kids.the staff gowever is very friendly and helpfull.except the ones that worked in the italian restaurant,they were very rude .buffet offer qas 7 out of 10.the best offer was in the breakfast.the bars on the pool are super busy ,uou could qait for 15 min to get a drinks. They have a bird infestation,the birds attac people while they are eating. They go on top of the food in the snack bar.

This is a great hotel very family orientated very helpful staff. Just do not book this hotel through Expedia. If you do, you’re in for a lot of problems.

If you have kids, this can be an affordable and good option. But if you're going as a couple, I would not choose this again The room was nice and clean, although the bathroom could use some updates. Seems they're focused on renovating the "premium" floors for the Infinite members, leaving the other rooms kind of overlooked. The staff was great and super friendly, yet the service at the bars and restaurants was kinda of slow. The quality of the restaurants is quite average, even low in some cases. The Mexican restaurant was the only exception with good good and service, the rest of them, the food is nothing great and the service was very slow. Their system of no booking at restaurants and having to go there for a waiting list is very discouraging.

The main pool was freezing the entire time we were there. Getting the elevators in working condition and lastly, if when someone checks in let them know if they don’t go down at five to make dinner reservations, they’re not gonna eat until like 9 o’clock.

Room was outdated! Falling apart! I got a premium room with jacuzzi and it would take all day for the water to come out so u can’t use it. Room with partial view was looking at a hotel that was doing construction and all u can hear is them pounding. Pools had paint chipped. Ice cold! No towels or lounge chairs!

Mattress seams getting old, hot water was an issue at the time to shower. Particularly I would low the prices at your stores (ridiculously expensive) and have more sales and people coming in and out and make the place more like a neighbourhood. In my opinion you can do much better in your food court. Good service, sometimes slow serving the most important thing, coffee morning! Food need more love in the making.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Seadust Cancun Superbe hôtel avec un superbe staff gentil et serviable au petit soin Les lieux sont super propres et ça sent bon partout !! Plusieurs choix de restos à la carte plus un bon buffet où on trouve de tout !! Je recommande Seadust Un expérience à refaire sans doute !!

Please carefully review any additional charges at check-in. During my birthday stay, a front desk agent named Carlos requested a cash payment, stating it was for “taxes” related to a room upgrade. He explained that the upgrade fee could be paid by card, but the taxes had to be paid separately in cash. We were not provided a receipt. Before going to the room, we asked another employee, Enrique, whether this was normal procedure, and he confirmed that it was. The room we were assigned did not match our original premium double-bed booking and did not appear to be an upgrade. After returning to the lobby, we spoke with the supervisor, Axel. Axel informed us that collecting cash separately for taxes is not standard hotel policy. He corrected the room assignment and ensured the cash payment was returned. Reyna was also professional and helpful during the resolution. While I appreciate Axel and Reyna for addressing the issue, this situation was disappointing and took away from what was meant to be a special birthday trip. I encourage future guests to request documentation for any cash payments and verify all charges at check-in.

Todo bien. El personal muy amable. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que no pudimos comer en los restaurantes por largas esperas de 3 horas o más. Teníamos el todo incluido pero solo comíamos en el bufete o comprábamos fuera. Por este motivo creo que no me quedaría de nuevo

We had a great experience and stay at Seadust. My youngest wants to return. I felt safe swimming at the beach, lifeguard was on top of things. I didn’t get drink service at the beach but noticed others who had and the staff were quick and friendly. Service staff were very lovely. I speak very little Spanish and am grateful for those who suffered though me trying (staff spoke great English). The woman at the breakfast egg bar was lovely, I made sure to tip her. Room was very large. It was slightly dated but that didn’t bother us as we weren’t expecting a brand new facility. Next time, I would bring my own volleyball as that was hard to come by as we wanted to play early morning before the crowd and heat. I would also bring smaller peso bills so I could tip more consistently (that’s on me, I wasn’t thinking). I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Below expectations – not recommended for families with young children The waterpark / indoor playground has no posted hours. We were told it operates from 10:00 am–6:00 pm, but one day it opened at 11:00 am. The indoor playground also closes at 6:00 pm, right when the sun sets, leaving no evening option for children. Although the waterpark has children’s slides, adults are not allowed at the top — not even to help young children. Parents were yelled at when trying to assist, which felt unsafe, unwelcoming, and poorly managed. Restaurant hours are not child-friendly. The lunch buffet opens at 1:00 pm, which is very late for young children, and the healthy food options are limited. The mini fridge in our room did not work, and the replacement also failed, making it impossible to store milk safely. At the cafeteria, milk cartons were kept unrefrigerated. After drinking the milk and eating buffet food, my baby vomited for two consecutive nights. I requested clean sheets, but no one came. I understand the rule about not taking food out of restaurants. However, at 7:00 am, I tried to take one apple and one banana to my room to feed my sick baby, and the server was very rude and refused. I was not taking a full meal — just basic fruit in its peel. Despite explaining the situation, I was charged a $210 vomit cleaning fee. Bottom line: not worth the price for families with young children. There are much better family resorts available.

Hotel todo incluido con sus excepciones, en general la atención y la comida es buena, solo hay que considerar que la espera en los restaurantes es larga de entre 30 a 60 min, hay alguno que no es tanta la espera depende del día y el restaurante. Lo único que deben mejorar son las bebidas y los bartender, parece que les pides un favor. Respecto a las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas

We paid extra on the app for a suite with the jacuzzi which was not accurate there was no jacuzzi and the upgrade was an additional $85 a day, for another ‘suite’ with less beds but a jacuzzi. Staff wasn’t ver helpful in upgrading options, as we’ve felt deceived by many things at this resort we asked to see the room upgrade before taking it but every time we went to they kept asking for more time. Food is so so, not horrible but not good. Restaurants say open daily which is not true, they are not all open daily. You have to get on wait list for the restaurants, but have to wait around the restaurant or the buzzer won’t work so that was a waste of time. Temperature of the water in the showers are lukewarm, not hot. Same with the jacuzzis. Many places close early so it doesn’t feel all inclusive when there’s not a lot of options depending on the time of the day. Many bars are closed. There is not a single swim up bar that’s a lie stayed in the resort description. They don’t have enough towels from 11 am to 5 pm there were no towels available for the pool/beach. No airport shuttle as stated as a big plus for this place.
