"The property was under construction and very loud when we were there( got home today) manager said they would deduct resort fee from my bill but did not so I will have to contact them. Also things were blocked off so you couldn’t really see how nice the inside of the hotel was. The pool area is beautiful. Food is very pricey!"

We had the Preferred club status and our butler Bruce was awesome in all his communications daily and anything you need! The preferred club bar area is a nice touch to relax in. "Our stay was nice, the room was extremely nice but the curatains as well as soom wood furnisher was dusty. We arrived in the evening so I opened the balcony and aired out the room. The hotel is well decorates and staff was friendly and helpful. We tried most of their buffets, some had excellent food while others wete just ok. Over all we spent 6 nights and used the bars more than anything else. I will repeat another stay in the future if the opportunity arises."

"To be honest, yes, for the low price, it was not bad. At least the view was as promised, you could see the ocean from the side as advertised. Want to make this clear, so if anyone is on a budget and want to stay in the hotel zone, this could be an option. The building lobby had almost run down doors as we walked to the elevator. "This place wasn't anything close the the crap reviews it got..the pool bar was great my room was great...OXXO cant be any closer aswell as a great restaurant...if youre a smoker its not ideal no smoking anywhere on property...I get that part ...all in all 4.5/5"
