"The property was under construction and very loud when we were there( got home today) manager said they would deduct resort fee from my bill but did not so I will have to contact them. Also things were blocked off so you couldn’t really see how nice the inside of the hotel was. The pool area is beautiful. Food is very pricey!"

"Everyone is so welcoming and kind. My wife and I arrived from a long shuttle ride and the staff were expecting us and took us to the aqua club to relax for check in. The moment you walk into the building there are wonderful scents throughout the building. Exceptionally clean property as well. Staff entertainment had plenty of activities such as make your own craft, archery and water aerobics. I upgraded to the aqua club and it was well worth it. Our butler assisted with restaurant reservations...

"Room - Great space for families. We loved the two bdr suite and option of kitchenette in our room. However, the hotel does not really accommodate for shorter hotel stays (3-5 days) instead of longer durations as many of their guests may do. There were no complimentary bottles of water in the room upon arrival/towels to wipe your hands. Be prepared to spend money at this property!!! Food was overpriced and expensive. I recommend that you leave the property to get beverages/food. Pool/lunch food...

"Food was great. Resort was outdated and it appeared some construction was being done in the front. Room had a few issues with the a/c but they were prompt and serviced it. Room smelt a bit old… not much to do in the evenings. Pool bar closed at 6pm. They did things in the evenings but they really need some sort of dj music offered every night and a place to dance."

"This is a horrible old property that is being offerred at exuburate prices. It has a motel feel. We tried 3 restaurants and all had horrible food. We ended up going across the street to Ilios for some good food, Luckily we were only there for one night. "
