"We stayed for 12 days . The room was clean basic , confusing as to when housekeeping would come and clean. Sometimes at 7-8 pm. We loved the pool option and chilled there pretty much every day- would have loved a more attentive/interactive staff (bar one lovely lady and the bartender with the glasses ) that would come to the loungers and ask if you wanted a drink/ needed another drink rather than making you go to the bar all the time - took away from that “being on holiday feeling.” The staff...

"The area is actually nice and quiet. The pool is clean, and the bar and restaurant are open daily! The room was very clean and spacious, and had a cute step-out balcony overlooking the lagoon. I flew into Cancun for dental work and luckily chose Sina Suites, which ended up being just a short walking distance from the dental office. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and most were relatively bilingual and able to communicate with me in English perfectly fine! Highly recommend this...

"We enjoyed every minute. Only issues (opinion) were lack of waterside bar service. And the shows were at 9:30 pm. It was hard to keep kids awake after a full day of sun/ water. All minor. Food was excellent throughout the hotel . Definitely worth trying.."
