"I must say Drury was the absolute best hotel I’ve stayed in this year (2026). I’ll start with my entry into the lobby, it was clean and welcoming I felt seen as if the staff was waiting on my arrival. The receptionist Jin was amazingly polite and knowledgeable. I was next in line, a little tired as I had gotten off work that morning and the long drive there so I almost wanted to get annoyed because it was taking so long. BUT when I tuned in as to what Jin was doing I was at ah, because Jin had remembered and recited everything there was to know to this guest about their stay. When it was my turn I almost wanted to say to her “you don’t have to repeat it, I heard everything “ but I just had to see if Jin would give me the same run down and she did awesome. The breakfast & kick-back spread was amazing and delicious. Clean rooms friendly staff. I do have to say that the 3rd shift staff is not as friendly or maybe they were having a bad day but overall I will be returning, I felt like I was at a resort of some kind. I believe it was the manager that played with the grandchildren and took a liking to the baby (birthday girl) took our plates if they were walking by, and constantly asked was everything okay. If I could make an suggestion it would be that guest took a number and sit or hang out at the bar until their number is called.if you arrive on the weekend in the afternoon ask for Jin."
