"The check-in was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and just what we expected. It is SO close to Grand-Place! We happened to be there the weekend of the Beer Festival. So a lot going on! Loved all the pubs and restaurants in the immediate area.
My only complaint is the shower/tub combo. While the shower itself is very nice, there is no door. So the entire bathroom floor is soaking wet when you're done. We went through a lot of towels. Overall, I highly recommend...
