Perfect location

My choice of this hotel was mainly because of its location, right in the center, near Koutubia mosque and Jmaa el Fnaa square and on the way to another hotel i choose. Very basic hotel that needs renovation, very basic amenities, not so clean, but good for night or two, if you looking for a safe place in the center of Marrakech and close to Medina.Breakfast is a also basic, but the view from the balcony on Koutubia mosque was great!

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, a due passi da Piazza Jamaa lfna e bella vista sulla Koutoubia. Siamo rimasti delusi dalla scarsa pulizia e le condizioni del bagno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Poor, impolite staff

The room is old and dirty. The bed is clean. The staff never replies to my emails nor message queries. The person serving us breakfast was impolite and yet asked for a 50 dollar tip. The hotel is near the mosque. Their prayers could be heard clearly in the room till late.

Great location and facilities. Rooftop bar restaurant witg amazing views to the Katoubia mosque. Staff excellent. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Usual Moroccan tendency to falling at the last small thing- no soap or shampoo & bathtub chipped & uninviting. But otherwise excellent.

いい加減過ぎるホテル

2泊分をすでに支払っていたがオーバーブッキングに。 1時間半も待たされた挙句、郊外へ車で30分のホテルへ。 フナ広場が目的で,近くのホテルを選んだ意味がない。 翌日10時からチェックイン可能と言われて、10時30分に戻ってきたが、他の従業員に全く知らされていなくて最初から説明しチェックインしたが、案内されたのが清掃途中の部屋。 チェックイン時に、翌日の早朝の空港へのタクシーを手配し、２００ＤＨを支払う。（年輩の眼鏡をかけた黒人のレセプションに支払った） 翌朝チェックアウト時に確認したら、またもや他の従業員は知らないと言う。 また再度説明し、お金を支払っていることも伝えたが聞いてないとの返事。 しつこく説明したら、パソコンで確認してタクシーはオーケーと言われ、確かに約束の時間にタクシーは到着した。 しかし、空港に到着してからタクシーの運転手が200ＤＨを要求、さんざん説明したが、彼はホテルから私から支払ってもらえと言われているとの事。 他のタクシーの運転手の方も集まってきて、散々話し合った結果、私を信じて一筆書いたメモを持って去ってくれたが、このホテルのいい加減さは尋常ではない。 駅からのボッタクリタクシー、フナ広場の蛇使いのボッタクリ未遂、そしてこのいい加減過ぎるホテルのせいで、シャウエン・フェズ・メルズーガは楽しめたが、マラケシュは後味悪いものになった。

Die Lage von Hotel ist ok. Sauberkeit richtig Trecking Haare auf Betten, sehr sehr staubig Notausgang ist durch ein Zaun gesperrt, bei Brand oder Feuer hofe ich dass keine Menschen ums Leben kommen. Frühstück Katastrophe nur Butter, Marmelade. nicht empfehlenswert

Oltre alla centralità il nulla

Hotel davanti alla moschea è molto vicino alla piazza Jamaa el Fna. Questo è l’unica cosa positiva. Per il resto camere e bagno fatiscenti e colazione che è meglio evitare . Non lo consiglio.

The location is great, it can not be better. Rooms however are not great. Some rooms are not very clean and some smell a little. Is a good low price for the location though. If you are looking for something convenient and cheap this is the hotel for you. Taxy from this area to airport cost around 100 Morrocan Dirham and around 200 from Airport to Koutoubia Mosque(most emblematic building in Marrakesh) which is right in front of this hotel.

Hotel Islane - great value in a great location

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Islane - it's location is super , just a few minutes walk from Djemma El Fna but relitavely quiet. It has a great outlook onto the koutoubia mosque and a lovely roof top restaurant. The rooms are good, slightly worn and basic but it is not expensive so I think it's overall good value for money and I would be happy to stay there again.

L' Hotel est très situé au pied de la Koutouba et à 3 minutes à pied de la place Jamaa El Fna. Personnel de réception très aimable. Ne vous attendez pas à un hôtel moderne avec un équipement hi-tech mais malgré les chambres vieillottes, il fait le job.

Ottima solo la posizione

Ho prenotato il transfer da aeroporto in hotel e mi hanno lasciato a piedi, la struttura ha bisogno di interventi interni, poco pulita, poco confortevole, colazione mediocre.unica cosa positiva è la terrazza panoramica che si affaccia sulla moschea.
