Expérience très décevante au Riad Lama Fatima. Nous avons été contraints de réserver une autre chambre après la demande d'un acte de mariage, et la situation a été gérée avec un manque total de respect et de professionnalisme. L'établissement n'accepte pas les paiements par carte, l'entretien des lieux laisse à désirer et aucun produit d'hygiène n'était disponible dans la salle de bains. Le bruit constant provenant des alentours a également rendu le séjour très désagréable. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner, pourtant inclus et prévu à 8 h 30, n'était toujours pas prêt à 9 h 15 en raison du manque de personnel et de ponctualité. Nous avons donc payé pour un service dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
