"This is a beautiful property just 30mins from marrakech which is an oasis of relaxation that looks like a palace set in olive gardens away from the hustle and bustles with the most attentive staff. Excellent transfers from and to airport which they contacted us ahead of time to organise without any prompting.
Nothing was too much effort and they always thought of things ahead. Best service have ever experienced and the room with plunge pool was so well thought out in terms of space and luxury.
The manager Mahmoud knows everything happening with your stay without you needing to tell him, the housekeeping staff talia left toothpaste when she noticed ours running out and Ayoub at breakfast was so attentive and provided recommendations. Just the right size hotel for a great stay and amenities without being too big.
Kids club was adored by the children mainly as it allowed them to bond with other children. They loved being able to borrow bikes which was free of charge. Lovely breakfast, only thing would say is that it would be nice to have more variety at breakfast in terms of dishes. "
