"Great location in Hivernage district, safe for walking, restaurants and nightlife nearby. Beautiful classic Moroccan palace style, lush gardens, luxury hotel feel. Multiple outdoor pools but unfortunately only one pool available to us was heated - the main pool was very cold and virtually unuseable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options but don’t expect traditional English cooked breakfast. Lovely staff, all helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, comfortable, good balcony with view over pool and gardens. Shower water a bit smelly. Fortunately we had the quiet side of the hotel so the late night noise from Nobu rooftop music did not bother us in our room. The Orangerie and So Lounge restaurants were superb with good entertainment. All in all a great stay and we would definitely go back."

"The room was clean but not at all shown in pictures, it was like low class motel not a 3 star hotel. The only saving grace was working AC since it is very hot in Marrakech and the location as it is in centre of the city and walking distance to malls and restaurants."
