"The staff are the real highlight at Agafay Ecolodge. They certainly make an effort to make you feel welcome and provide world class service. Not artificial but a genuine hospitality. "Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless.
They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful.
However…..
Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered.
It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."
