"We had a brilliant stay at this hotel!
The staff were fabulous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel very welcome!
The room was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. Its location is perfect for a short walk into Krakow.
We look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend this place anyone visiting Krakow. "

"Room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was good with old town, castle and river front in easy walking distance. Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well. "

"This is the perfect apartment to stay if visiting Krakow. The location is perfect. On the edge of Planty looking at the castle. The park runs all the way around the square so it’s so accessible to get around.
It’s very safe with the front being gated. The apartment itself is stunning and a very high standard finish. Everything you need is in there for your stay.
Comfy beds, very clean and quiet. The communication with loft affair was also superb,
I love krakow and I will definitely be staying...

"They kept my suitcase at their office while I went around for sightseeing after checkout.
When I pickup my suitcase, I could use toilet and fulfill my water bottle with their water machine."

"This is a city hotel so rooms are fairly compact but more than adequate. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Although the building is on a street which surrounds the Old Town, it is nevertheless very quiet. The park is directly across the road and it is a mere 5 minute walk to the Main Square and only a couple of minutes to the Castle so the location is excellent. "This property is clean and modern. The rooms are fine and with comfortable beds. There are other adjoining hotels but traffic is minimal. There’s a pathway to a very large exercise park. Best way from hotel to downtown is via Uber. Downtown travel is almost impossible with rental car and is not worth the trouble trying to find parking or working through the non resident restrictions. "

"This is an apartment above a restaurant, not a hotel. We did not know this so it was initially hard to find. But what a beautiful amazingly romantic place. Wi-Fi not great, so come here for the romance not work. All the staff were incredible! Always operating with a spirit of excellence! And it is right next to the castle! "

"Perfect apartment with everything we needed for a week’s stay. The apartment was very clean. Housekeeping came in daily to collect dirty towels and empty the trash, sheets were changed every 3 days.
