"The room was very clean, the amenities were great, they have a coffee, tea, water, ice station with real glass at each floor. The hotel is really beautiful with a large fireplace next to the bar where people can hang out. They also have a second lounge with board games, chess and cards. What really stood out was Candler who went above and beyond to provide me with really important information about my planned activities such as my hike at Mt Mitchell and stargazing at the bare dark sky...

"The tile bathroom and LVP floors in the room were so dirty. The towels got wet from the shower and it picked up all this dirt as the towell scooted around the floor. It’s nasty. They need to mop the floors. The backside of the building has cobwebs and all kinds of other crap on it. Doesn’t look like they power washed the building in years. "
