"Room floor carpet was very sticky. Room #312 avoid it if you want to stay against my advice. Pool was closed. Completely coffee pods in room are not replaced daily as you would expect. So, bring you own your own coffee pods."

"Room poorly ready for guests. No shower mat, shower gel TOTALLY EMPTY, floor lamp did not work, carpet buckled upon entry which was dangerous. Breakfast inferior- cold, greasy sausage patties, milk carafe empty, oatmeal cold, 2 apples in badkwt, no other fruit. Parking garage impossible to find and we were forced to use valet."

Between the cold air blowing on us and the intermittent noise of the unit running, it was hard to hear the TV, let alone get to sleep. Being on the first floor, the adjoining night club was also very loud, at least when the AC was not running. "The stay was okay. No one ever cleaned our room. We found out the day before we left that we had to request it. Also, I found out that I could have used the VIP parking but, I didn’t find out until the last day. The security was in overkill with my wife’s purse too. Always harassing her."

"Amazing hotel. I will definitely be booking here anytime I come to Milwaukee. Very clean, spacious, and well decorated. Beautiful windows & high ceilings, great amenities. Would have liked to know the fridge is communal but it wasn’t a problem whatsoever. More breakfast options would be nice too for those with certain food restrictions. Overall wonderful stay"
