"Moorlands is set in beautiful grounds with stunning views. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast selection. Our room was quite small but extremely clean. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Inchecken ging moeizaam. We moesten borg betalen terwijl de kamer vooraf betaald was. De borg zou verrekend worden met het eten. Maar bleek niet mogelijk te zijn. Waardoor we dat direct moest betalen in de restaurant/bar. Kamer/badkamer was schoon en groot. Er was geen airconditioning wat jammer was gezien dat heel erg warm was. Er was een ventilator op de kamer die hopeloos was. Er was genoeg keuze voor ontbijt. Personnel was vriendelijk."

"paid for early check in, but arrived to be told this hadn't been arranged. we were given free drinks to compensate this, but we still had to wait an hour before I double checked the room status as we now only had 20 minutes to get ready for a wedding. we finally got to the room with about 15 minutes to get ready. we had booked the taxi the night before through another guest staying at the hotel and this was over 20 minutes late. the staff initially brushed the other guest off, but when I went...
