"This is a great hotel! Beautiful, new, clean room with a balcony. The pool area is amazing! Don’t pay to go to a water park if you stay here because it’s basically a water park with a lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, slides, a hot tub, and splash pad. Extra points for the warm towels. Free breakfast and right next to the Island. It’s also close to Dollywood. Would highly recommend and will stay here again! 10/10."

"My husband and I visit Knoxville quite often due to our grandchildren all residing there. Without an exception, this is where we stay each time we come to Knoxville. The location is excellent - you can cross the street and be in the middle of the square where there are great restaurants, lots of great shopping options and ALWAYS a lot of fun and action going on! Mast General Store is a block away as well as a theatre, two ice cream stores, a few nice bars and again, a lot of action! The staff is phenomenal and I can always count on a clean, smoke-free, brightly lit room with a large window and dark curtains to help you sleep in! The air conditioning is easily adjusted and the rooms all have a fantastic shower (lots of hot water and lots of water pressure!). Towels are replaced daily, and there is a refrigerator and small coffee maker in the room with cream and sugar packets that get replenished every day. There is a desk in the room for a computer to work quietly. It is quiet and the breakfast is phenomenal each morning. The little shop down in the lobby has a little bit of everything. It's just everything I look for when I want a relaxing, wonderfully comfortable place to unwind. I won't stay anywhere else!"

"The room was very clean, the hallways need a carpet refresh. Staff is very nice. They clean the room every 3 days, not a big deal for me because I was traveling solo for business.Lots of families so it can be loud in the hallways. Go to the Cantina restaurant nearby for excellent Mexican food."
