"Was für ein tolles Erlebnis! Andrea, absolut hilfsbereiter sympathischer Typ und Eigentümer der traumhaften Villa. Wir fühlten uns so herrlich herrschaftlich. Das I- Tüpfelchen war die österliche Gartenparty in der 3,5 ha großen Parkanlage. Ein Traum dabei sein zu dürfen. Grazie mille Andrea"

"La chambre que nous avions réservée était occupée ! Le personnel nous a attribué une suite pour rattraper notre désagrément. Très bien"

"It is a quiet hotel and good to take time of quality of life, I hope you enjoy it as we do, I do not recommend the hotel's van taxi they do not leave you in front of the airport door they leave you in a parking lot and you have to walk a tunnel to get to the airport entrance gate, it is not normal that a taxi does not leave you at the main flight departure gate."

"I needed a place to stay for one night when I got into Marco Polo airport close to midnight. It was perfect, just a 15 minute walk from airport, very easy to find. I’m glad I didn’t have a big or heavy suitcase as there are a flight of stairs to go up. There was someone there to let me in and my key was waiting for me. The room was small but had everything thing I needed. In the morning they were very helpful with bus information to get into Venice. I’d happily use again. Thank you."

"There are ants in the bathroom!! The toilet doesn’t work well."

"The room was ok, but you need to fix the bathroom, the shower was leaking and created a mess in the bathroom floor and the toilet is very small to be used by adults. The breakfast area is the same as the storage area for the staff, you should add a curtain or something to separate the 2 zones."

"A really nice boutique hotel right near the Venice Airport. I had a late check in that went flawlessly. The room was clean, the shower was divine. If I’m ever back I will stay there again. Laura I think is the owner and she did everything to make me feel welcome and valued as a guest."

"Pool wasnt open, although I thought the season has opened.. restricted access to main stairs and building if the wedding is on. Breakfast is limited, but good coffee. Loft room was good enough. Grounds are beautiful and nice restaurant staff."
