"We were looking forward to eating at the hotel but the restaurant is shut which no one told us before. Despite sending me a PDF about my upcoming trip, encouraging me to eat there. There is no room service available either even though there is a QR card in the room with the room service menu. "

"It was fun, overall. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives. The worst thing I could say was that the parking situation was strange and confusing. We had to park in a garage of a supermarket and walk with our suitcases through the store’s elevator and walk to the square where the hotel office was located. Also, the bed was rock-hard. "The hotel is situated near Venezia Mestre station (approximately 6-9 min walk). Nearby is an Italian bakery with exceptional chocolate dipped cookies. The bed was less firm than preferred but still, it was doable for the short duration of my stay (3 days). Very clean bathroom with window with supply of body wash with no shampoo provided so please bring your own. Room was spacious but remained slightly on the dark side despite the turn out of all lights in room; perhaps this is intentional given...

"You can’t ask for a better location when traveling into Venice , bus stop 20 seconds outside the hotel for 15min trip into Venice and 25 min trip to airport. Clean nice and tidy However we had poor sleep as the windows do not open and are blocked with a shutter (clearly for safety policy) but restricts the airflow , the aircon is not strong enough and my partner had to get up multiple times in the night to try and cool down in the bathroom (which didn’t really work).
