"The property was well kept and in a central location where everything was walkable. The staff were polite and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is on the 4th floor and has no elevator, so if you are travelling with heavy luggage that’s not ideal."

The elevator does not work consistently from the basement up and breakfast is in the basement. There was much construction noise and workers yelling but we could only hear it in the lobby. "This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also. "
