"Property was beautiful and clean. The staff was great The rooms were small with basic necessities and very clean. The room we stayed in 515 the bed was horrible the mattress was sagging and springs poking through we even tried to flipp it ourselves but wasn't much better as the box spring was broken"

"This is a great boutique hotel for someone looking for a reclusive and quite stay. It is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Fyi. The standard room only has one queen size bed. If you're traveling with friends, it is best to book separate rooms unless you want to share a bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We are so glad to have chosen LADE."

"Angie, in reception, was extremely helpful and friendly. We needed to change rooms and she was very understanding and helped us quickly. Breakfast was fresh, healthy and good. We enjoyed being able to walk out on the beach. One morning we went into the water very early, prior to breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool and the surrounding grounds. The one negative was the first night when a local establishment blasted techno music until 3am."

"The property and villas were stunning! Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Everyone knew us by name! Loved having breakfast included with many delicious options. Having a stand alone villa was a treat. No noisy neighbors! We spent a couple mornings at the main pool and usually ended up in our plunge pool in the afternoons. "The main benefit of this hotel was its location. It's conveniently located only within 30 min drive from the airport, also just in between 2 main attractions - beaches and volcano. Should also mention that complimentary breakfast was spot on, and of course we daily enjoyed the pool. So overall great experience although the hotel is way outdated and needs a lot of renovations."
