"Si buscan un lugar nuevo, moderno y con ubicación imbatible en Tamarindo, Mono Luxe Villas es la respuesta. El complejo (estrenado este 2026) tiene una arquitectura moderna hermosa y espacios muy bien diseñados. Nos tocó una joya de villa: tercer piso, esquinera, con un balcón espectacular y vista al mar. El parqueo en el sótano es un plus enorme por seguridad y comodidad (ideal si llueve, ya que subes directo en ascensor). La ubicación es perfecta: a 50 metros de la playa y a pasos de todo...

"Lo primero es que no se guien por las fotos. El area del comedor super caliente, la piscina sucia, el cuarto huele a humedad, la ducha le saltaba el agua por todos los la dos, el cuarto tenia un colchon en el suelo, en otras palabras Terrible."

"We stayed for our honeymoon and it was an excellent stay. The staff were kind and helpful, just be prepared to communicate in Spanish. The "included breakfast" is freshly cooked by the staff to order: gallo pinto, omelette, toast, etc and all were delicious. The AC and fan in the room were sufficient to keep it cool and enjoyable. The pool was clean and fun. Less than 5 minute walk to Coco Beach. Several decent restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the main street with lots of stuff available...

"Extremely well located. This is a budget hotel, simple, clean and self checking. The AC worked and the shower water was hot. You will receive the check in information on your cellphone the day off. If you are not used to Tamarindo, the hotel is right next to a mini mall smack in the center of town and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything was functional the only thing is that the breakfast/coffee if there was one, starts at 8AM. A bit late. There is some street noise but nothing major...

"Staff was great, rooms were nice but decor a little outdated. Property was clean in main areas, but a lot of trash and old debris next to rooms. We had a lot of ants and bugs in our room. The views were beautiful and a shuttle came every 10 minutes to take you to the beach or check in area."

"While the proximity to the beach was as advertised, the hotel and pool portion of the cafe were run down and not inline with our expectations for the price. There were loud workers talking outside our door at 4am, the construction next door wafter fire smoke into the room and onto the property at night and in the morning.
