"Everything was fine except there was NO POOL!! We paid extra to stay here for that reason and were told the pool hasn't been working for some time. The hotel needs to be honest about their amenities. "

"Location was best part of this hotel. Pool was on the cool side. Pool room smelled heavily of chlorine. Breakfast left alot to desire. Room itself was ok althought toilet and sink did not work great, and shampoo and conditioner that was provided was empty. "

"Pool area was very crowded, the hot tub was packed with kids. No toys are allowed in the pool at all. Very short staffed.Breakfast very basic.Elevator out of order and because the hotel charged me for early check in and shouldn’t have it took 2 hours to get checked in."

"There was never anyone at the front desk had to call a number and wait for someone and the hot water was terrible it took 25 minutes with the water running constantly to even begin to get warm water it never fully got hot "

"The rooms were not clean. The TV was outdated. There were stains on the carpet, bugs in the light fixtures, and the paint was chipped off the walls. Our room key stopped working and the man at the front desk was unapologetic. The elevator was jerky and the door barely opened. The food was cold and unappealing. This hotel should be shut down or the price should be dropped significantly."

Unfortunately, in our first room, the microwave did not work at all so they switched us to another room where there were two microwaves. One did not work, but the other one did work. Also, our first room seemed to have all of the pots and pans that we would have needed in the second room. So I guess if you need pots and pans and cups and things like that at the front desk because...
