"We had a wonderful 2-day stay at the Loews Hotel. The location is excellent — just steps away from Hollywood Blvd, with a metro station conveniently located within meters of the hotel, making it very easy to get around. Our room had a beautiful view of the iconic Hollywood sign, which was a lovely touch. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, promptly arranging a crib and kettle upon request for our 9-month-old. A very special thank you to Harmon, the porter, who was exceptionally kind and great with kids. He assisted us with our bags on both days and went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The Sun Rosa West Hollywood is an excellent choice. The staff were friendly, attentive and fun. The hotel itself was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. The cost of food was on the higher end, but excellent. "

"This hotel has a really cool weekend vibe and was a great place to arrive for our stay on a Saturday. Thank you to Starr for a great check-in and Casey in Juniper bar for looking after us. Roof bar in the West Tower has great LA views. Loved the sunken garden for nightime energy and morning coffee. Excellent service, food and drinks. Room was nice overlooking the Hills. Great location to watch downtown LA sunrises, and for walking to Beverly Hills. Would not want to be any nearer to Hollywood as it is all pretty run down. And for balance, shower water pressure could be better and ran cold for 5 minutes before hot arrived. And 5* should provide complimentary water in the room - not everything should be designed to extract your dollars. Overall a very positive experience."
