"The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious. We initially reserved a room with the bunkbed, which was very nice. It was a bit dusty, but nice. There was a major issue with the water pressure in the entire hotel. Many guest complained about this. The water in the bath room shower started trickling on our first night by the second night it was almost nonexistent. Couple that with not having any hot water. We complained to the front desk staff and were moved to another room with...

"This property was great for families. There are 2 pools, however the main one wasn’t as clean as the other. The room was good, however it would be better without the dated carpet. The free coffee on each floor was a nice touch, and the staff was friendly."

"Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff is not. We came early to try to check in and were told to come back in two hours. We came back and were told it’d be another hour. The staff appeared to not want to help, asking for extra towels was a task. The entire building smells mildew/musty. The facility is very worn and needs updates."

"Hotel and suite were nice. Bathroom cleaning needs improvement. The front desk lady is in the wrong position, she was very mean and lack courtesy. I didn't understand her instructions on how to get to the room and when repeating herself she rolled her eyes and changed her tone of voice. She is not the right person to be in contact with guess, cleaning toilets might fit her better."

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

"This hotel is TERRIBLE. And in a terrible location. We arrived and asked to cancel immediately. Unsafe parking lot. Construction zone everywhere. Listing claimed it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, but it took us 15 minutes to drive to the beach and still couldn’t park close by. When I asked the lobbyist about walking to the beach she had to hand me a map to find it, and told me I would have to walk alongside the main highway with 6 lanes to the first red light(not close by), then turn right a...
