The location was ideal, close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. "The property is gorgeous. Large hotel, beautifully decorated, gorgeous pools especially the kids pool which had slides even fun for adults. They also let you use the pool at the Hyatt vacation club which was perfect for us. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Really delicious food and the most beautiful scenery with a waterfall, pond and swans. If there was a complaint the only thing is the beach portion was a little short but if you walk next door they have a bigger beach that you can...

"I give it a 3.0 rating. Most of the staff was great, a few mediocre. Rooms are a bit run down and aged. Hotel was generally clean for its age. I’m a Hilton person and compare it to a run down Hilton Doubletree. Food was below average - Luau food was comparable to a Golden Corral - almost inedible. Like airplane food on a domestic flight. Drinks at the Luau were disgusting, performance was good. I would not recommend this place unless you are on a strict budget. $600 per night!!! Spend...
