Sometimes we get a room that's a little older and could use some love, but overall, this hotel is festive, clean, has a great shuttle, the rooms are huge, and we just love it. We used to look at this hotel from the freeway and wonder if we would ever stay there--now we rarely stay anywhere else."

One of the biggest reasons I have for staying here however is the athletic facility which is the best I have ever seen in a hotel chain. The free weights and machines rival any gym!"

"The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Holes in the walls covered by clear tape. Mold everywhere. Elevator smelled like someone puked and pissed in there. The curtains were covered in a layer of dust as if nobody had been in these rooms in months. White substance splattered along the same curtains. Smokey hallways that looked like I was walking on the set of a scary movie. Myself and my two children immediately turned around and checked back out. I felt so unsafe. Now I’ve been fighting for almost a week to get a refund. We didn’t even stay for longer than 2minutes. But I was charged for all 4 nights and offered a $50 key cash credit. The pictures have got to be doctored or AI generated. DO NOT STAY HERE! I will never book through a third party ever again. I wish I had thought to snap some pics, but I wasn’t thinking I’d have to fight for a refund. I did however take a quick pic on our way out. "

"This is the WORST MOTEL 6!!!!!! The bed had BED BUGS!!! and I found a roach running across the bathroom sink. When letting the manager know that I was not going to stay in a room with bugs and wanted a refund he got angry refused and said that it wasn't his problem even when showing him pictures of blood on the floor and sheets. This is the worst place to stay DO NOT STAY HERE!!"
