"I love that the hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was nearby everything. The shopping mall was very close. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel."

"Outside property is well maintained. The area felt safe. Ample parking. The room however had the bare minimum. Room was non smoking but definitely had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Floors with broken/ loose laminate tiles. Bathroom had a toilet seat that doesn’t quite fit the toilet."

"The hotel was tidy, but not really clean. The room seemed dingy and not fresh. The first room we went to, which was on the first floor, the windows didn't lock. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room for this reason and the guy at the front desk seemed surprised that the windows didn't lock. We went to at least 4 other different rooms on the 3rd & 4th floors and it was the same thing. It really wouldn't have mattered very much of a difference on the higher floors, but...

"Everything in the building is good and also came with free EV chargers. I asked the staff to switch out my dirty towels and they didn't. The only complain I have is the breakfast. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. She seems to be like the guardian of the eggs/pancakes/homefries. When we asked for it she gives the minimal. I got a omelette with sausage but I went back for pancakes...

"I would gladly visit this hotel again, my experience was truly wonderful. I encountered no issues during my stay and absolutely loved the location. The staff were excellent, friendly, and very supportive throughout. I also have to highlight the breakfast, which was fantastic. The only minor drawback was during my early checkout at around 4:00 a.m., when there was no one at the front desk to collect the keys. Aside from that, everything was perfect."

"We liked this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and had good breakfast choices including cheesy omelette, hard boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, etc. We used the pool and the gym as well which were both clean."

"Event space (onsite) for wedding rehearsal dinner was great... Rarely do 'Courtyard' properties have F&B, but Marriott did this right...!!"

"Everything was excellent, except that my husband fell and cracked his head open in the lobby. Not one staff member came to help. Other customers ran and got them to call an ambulance and even put a towel and pillow under his bleeding head. No one from the staff checked on us at all.My husband is 81 years old."

"Facilities were run down, furniture in first room looked beat up, shabby with scrapes & dings. needed to move to different room due to dripping ceiling in bathroom. New room’s tub did not drain after showering."

"Close to downtown Lowell. Had to request bedding for sofa-bed despite having 3 adults listed on reservation. Would have helped to have that ready in the room."

"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Groton Inn. After an unfortunate experience at another hotel nearby, the Groton Inn truly saved the day, and I’m so glad we found it. The property is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is immaculate, the architecture is charming, and the entire atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the live band and festive outdoor gathering—it gave the Inn a wonderful sense of community and made for a memorable evening. Breakfast...
