"This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. It is truly a hidden gem. The prices are reasonable, the rooms are clean with all necessary modern amenities, yet seem set in the past with beautiful views from private patios overlooking the picturesque lake and rainforest. I've stayed in a luxury suite comparable to any 5 star hotel in the U.S., almost too nice for me yet still affordable, and I moved to a smaller bungalow with a nice view, more reminiscent of rooms I stayed in years ago, as I've extended my stay for a couple more weeks. The food is incredible and even plated and prepared as though by top restauranteurs in the city. The management and staff are very friendy and the grounds are well groomed yet retain the natural beauty of the Peten rainforest. It will be difficult to leave this paradise."
"I paid $314 for 2 night during Easter (high season). It was definitely not worth the amount. The hotel is old and looks like it hasn’t been remodeled in decades. The staff was very nice. Be careful how much you pay for this place. "
