"There were a lot of pros and cons about this property and my experience. The lake view was great and I booked a cabin with a private deck which was peaceful and calming. The suite had a nice setup and was better than a hotel but there were some items damaged upon my arrival. Cons include a dirty floor, dirty washcloth in the bathroom, broken railing in the deck and a hole in the screen door that would not close. Overall, I would give this resort a 2nd try just for the lake atmosphere. "

"There were literally boogers stuck to the wall of our room. We slept with our clothes on. The bathroom wasn’t very clean either. Not that we could tell because the light was out. The staff was rude and impersonal. "

"The room was clean but there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and we didn’t realize it until that evening and by that time the main office was closed. I didn’t like how there was no way to contact anyone after hours. Not sure if it’s just because it’s off season or if that is how it is all the time. Made me feel a little uneasy as there was no gate in and out so anyone could just ride back to the campground area. There was a number for security but I had no idea where they were in case something had happened. All in all feel like this may be more of a summer spot to stay. "
