"Very neat and clean overall . Nice kitchen facilities, nice themed furnishings. Suggestions: carpet needs deep cleaning. Bare Feet were literally black after walking throughout the room. Interesting observation. Dishes provided, tho noted pots and pans in one cupboard, however only microwave for cooking????"

"We enjoyed ourselves at Lux Verde. The breakfast was good and had options, friendly staff. The room was nice and clean however, the room had a very strong bleach smell that was rough to deal with. The place looked updated but some corners were cut as the faucet was installed a bit lopsided, bathroom door had paint coming off or not fully painted. The carpet needs to be shampooed. Our daughter walked barefoot which I don’t recommend on any hotel carpet, but her feet were BLACK every night. Maybe...

"The area we slept in was noisy wth a lot of furry critters barking. We asked for quiet when checking in."

"Friendly staff, clean facility, safe location, nice breakfast, studio room was 5 stars, super comfortable beds. It was raining when we checked in. The pool did look amazing. The patio was spacious, and had large grills. We will book here again on our next stay."

"Property was the perfect size, and our room was the cutest. Plenty of room for what we needed and the staff was amazing! Specifically the gentleman cleaning the property every morning. I was sad to not see him before checking out but he was helpful and very good with the kids. He checked in every morning to see how our tournament was going and was so kind. I will be staying here again!"

"Sent us to wrong address 2 hrs away, then once we called for what we booked they sent us to a dirty room with bugs inside it, false advertising no trees or woods anywhere. No one ever got back or replied we immediately left."
