"We got here late at night on our trip from GA to VT and our room was absolutely DISGUSTING! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. What looked like blood and feces on the walls everywhere, stains on the beds, and had a weird odor to it. We immediately requested our money back and went to the Best Western down the road. "

"The bathroom had a crack in the tub that was spackled over so no baths even if you have kids. The chair given to us had chicks taken out of the arms. And a few other issues with quality. Other than that, the staff was nice, they allow dogs which is good, and the breakfast was perfect for a free buffet.. room conditions fine for me but not at all worth 100 plus a night. Maybe 70 or 80"

"Boyfriend checked onto 1st room the toilet was full of toilet paper and went flush. Room was infested with roaches floor was not clean. So they moved him the last room which was next door. And told him he would use the same hard copy key.
