"Mini golf and teaching our 6 year old grandson billiards was fun he loved the pool, and continental breakfast had everything. We highly recommend staying here."

"A gorgeous property with beautiful views of Lake Joseph. Both restaurants were amazing with the friendliest and most helpful staff. Our room was clean with a recently renovated bathroom. Next time I would be sure to request a room that is more accessible, we were on the top floor of the furthest building and getting up & down three flights of stairs with luggage etc was difficult. Being early spring we were unable to use any of the amenities so the resort fee was somewhat unnecessary."

"There is much to like about this hotel. The biggest problems are not minor: (1) the beds are rock hard (cheap matresses), (2) cheap sheets and towels (my wife commented on the lack of comfort of these). Otherwise...all good."

"Affordable stay, but cleanliness could be improved. The biggest issue was finding hair on the bed sheets, which was a bit disappointing. It's a decent budget option if they can tighten up their housekeeping."

"Stayed overnight in room 302 called the "Wolf's Den". It was a beautiful wolf themed room overlooking the water. The whole resort is beautifully decorated. It's clean and in a very beautiful area. The resort has It's own private beach. We loved our stay here. Will definitely return!"

"The staff were nice, the rooms seem to be recently renovated. But that’s all. The building is quite rundown. There were big ash trays and chairs in front of each room, encouraging smokers to smoke right in front of the rooms, the smell sipping through the doors, very disgusting. The mini fridge seems very old, even when turned down to the lowest setting, it has high pitch noise (similar to tinnitus) on and off all night long. It’s on the main road, and the sound barrier is not good enough....

"Lovely hotel close to arrowhead provincial park and just a short drive from Huntsville. Super clean! The host personally escorted me over to the room. I didn't get the opportunity to try the cafe but will do so if I ever have the opportunity. "
