"The property is warm and welcoming and very pet friendly. The owner has done a nice job of updating the mansion and its carriage houses. It’s our new favorite find in Big Bear and we will definitely return and refer friends."

"We loved out stay! Our cabin had everything we needed, and space to chill. When it got a touch warm, our hosts were quick to bring us a fan. The property is super cute with a modern vibe and a perfect kitchen. Our kids loved the queen bunk beds and the games in the cabin made for great memories. We’ll be back!"

"Front desk faces Moonridge and is open until 5. Kameron was helpful. Parking spaces are not large, consider driving a medium SUV or a smaller vehicle when you stay here. Slow down; easy to overshoot the two entrances from Moonridge. I stayed in the Crabapple room that faced the main road. While I felt safe, I did not want to open the window due to road noise. No fridge, microwave, or closet in room. Attractive decor throughout; it looks a bit overwhelming on the photos but is quite relaxing....

"There were not enough things for cooking in the kitchen. Our unit did not have enough plates, so we have to wash dishes anytime we needed. But overall was very pleasant place to stay."

"We will definitely be staying here again. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They let us know about all of the fun things they had planned during our stay (free s’mores making kits, BBQ, music, etc). The room was clean and had everything we could possibly need. The free breakfast was incredibly! They had make your own waffle stations, eggs, sausage, juices, breads and bagels, fruit cups, etc. The location was great, super close to the village. 10/10!!"

"Overall stay was nice, down side was the room i was in had a really loud A/C system like something rattling inside and the surrounding trim was not flush with the wall, looked broken. It was really hard to fall asleep due to the noise. At checkout i mentioned it and there was no attempt for compensation. Other than that the balcony area of the room was a good spot for morning coffee and fresh air to start the day."

"Cottage was great but it had no A/C. It was hot in the room and the windows were hard to open."

"The 3 bedroom (cabin 11) was a lot smaller than we expected. It sleeps 8, but there was not enough living space to accommodate 8 people. We only had 4 adults and were on top of each other in the living room/kitchen. Other than that, well located and amenities were great. Close to the lake and nice views. Jesus the on site grounds keeper was very helpful and always picked up when we called."

"Great place to stay, beautiful views. Was provided ear plugs, wasn’t sure why, then we found out the next morning. People upstairs walking was loud, so we figured that’s what the ear plugs were for. Other than being woken up at the crack of Dawn we actually really loved this place! Will definitely come back but will get a cabin next time to avoid the loud noises!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near downtown. Our room has a second floor with an open view, which made it feel bright and relaxing. My kids especially enjoyed the bunk beds—they were so excited to sleep in them! Checking in on the phone was quick and easy, which made our arrival hassle-free. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the nearby...
