"The property has a guard because of homeless sketchy people basically living outside. The room had a hole in the sink and has not been cleaned. The breakfast is a joke. Stale pre packaged muffins and rotten apples. Disgusting experience."

"I was unaware I had to walk up steps to get to my room that was in the 3rd floor. Entering the room, we immediately noticed 2 roaches in the bathroom. (We took pictures) The room had a funny smell. We went back to the lobby to ask for our money back to check into another hotel. We were told that we had to contact the 3rd party who we booked the hotel through for them to contact the manager at super 8 on Monday. "Upon check in, I was charged a $50 deposit. However I was unaware, until I checked the website that the deposit is actually only $20. I've been checked out of the hotel for a week and have yet to b refunded my $50 deposit
I have spent days contacting them only for the front desk attendant to admit I should have only been charged $20 & not $50. Then the attendant went on to say I was being charged $20 for yellow stains on my sheets, which is absurd. I left that room clean when I checked...
