La habitación estaba descuidada y falta de limpieza. No hay agua caliente para ducharse y en Medellín el agua sale muy fría de la llave. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

Horrible, lo peor. EVITA este hotel a toda costa. Este hotel cortó el agua caliente intencionalmente en todas las habitaciones. Anuncian un jacuzzi, pero cortan el agua, dejándolo inservible. Hay personas sin hogar durmiendo justo afuera de la puerta principal. Este lugar NO ES SEGURO y, lo más importante, la gerencia es deshonesta; de hecho, te miran directamente a la cara. El día de la salida, salí de mi habitación con las maletas preparadas para ir al banco. Cinco minutos después, regresé a la habitación y encontré a una señora de la limpieza, pero mis maletas, laptops, celulares, tarjetas de crédito y pasaporte habían desaparecido. Le pregunté a la señora, y ella solo sonrió y me mintió. Corrí a recepción para hablar con la gerente, y ella solo sonrió y me dijo que lo sabía. Subí corriendo cuatro pisos de escaleras y descubrí que la señora se había ido y mis maletas estaban de vuelta en la habitación. INMEDIATAMENTE abrí mis maletas y vi que obviamente alguien las había revisado en busca de objetos de valor. Mis maletas estaban casi preparadas y listas para irme. Ahora estaban hechos un desastre y claramente habían sido destruidos. Les recomiendo encarecidamente que ignoren cualquier crítica patética que este hotel publique sobre mi experiencia. Cucarachas, sin wifi, el ascensor funciona como mucho el 50% del tiempo, zona muy peligrosa. Pero cuando tengo empleados del hotel en mi habitación, robando mis pertenencias y revolviéndolas, es indignante.

No había agua caliente. Pedimos toallas y nunca las llevaron. El barrio es muy feo, muchos indigentes en la puerta. Suciedad, basura y ruido. Toda la noche ruido de personas y vehículos. Deberían advertirlo. No es un hotel para turistas.

Room was tiny, no hot shower water, broken and not working hot sink faucet, toulet wouldn't flush propery, stains on the bed and covers and they charged 20,000 pesos to have a guest in ypir room. All ridiculous. Ended up buying a room at the gallery hotel up the street and stayed there instead.

I booked from nov 20-25 2 different rooms and no hot water.. i stayed 1 night and check out n3xt morning..they couldn't fixed the problem of hot water... and they wont give u a refund back.. worst hotel ever..DONT STAY THERE

Pago por una habitación superior con baño spa, no había aqua caliente y el WiFi no llega hasta el habitación. Era sucia, mal estado, pago por 3 noches pero mi fui después de una porque necesitaba ducharme, la recepcionista no ayuda para nada y nege devolver mi dinero

I was there for five days - no hot, not even warm water for showering. The staff was great, the hotel lobby and common areas for reading, etc nice and always clean. I would go back only if they fix the hot water matter.

The hotel was not in the best condition...had to move from 2 different rooms. The 1st one the jacuzzi did not work the 2nd one the A/C.. Finnaly on the 3rd room every thing was fine. The staff was very friendly and where able to work in tryi g to keep you satisfied. The hotel definitely needs some seriose maintance. But for the pricd you paid its what you get.
