This property is ideally situated, offering a desirable distance from the entertainment district while remaining conveniently accessible. Travel time typically ranges from 10 to 15 minutes, subject to traffic conditions. I would certainly consider a return stay at this location. Furthermore, the city views from this property were truly exceptional.

The apartment has an excellent location: central with lots of restaurants, shops within walking distance. The experience in this particular property wasn't one that I would likely repeat repeat: the check in was uncomfortable because the lobby wasn't notified that I was coming, the apartment was infested with cockroaches, the bathroom fixtures kept falling off, the noise from the street outside was loud. Stay in Laureles, just not here.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We arrived around 11 PM. The security guard wouldn't let us in and spent half an hour trying to call someone. This isn't a hotel, but a residential building where apartments are rented out. The shower drain didn't work. We stayed for two nights but couldn't take a shower. The smell in the apartment was awful.

All was great except the water coming into the apartment under the front door. Very significant leakage. Once they fix that problem - it will be a perfect unit.

Todo muy bien en cuanto al apartamento, aseo instalaciones en general. Lo único es un poco de ruido que se escucha en la noche por la cercanía a una vía vehicular principal del sector.
