"Leider entspricht unser Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr unfreundlich und die Kommunikation gestaltet sich extrem schwierig. Weder Deutsch noch Türkisch wird gesprochen und auch die Englischkenntnisse sind sehr schlecht, sodass selbst einfache Anliegen kaum geklärt werden können.
