"I have no choice to leave bad comment to this unit. Sliding door and back door cannot be locked. Washing machine is leaking and make wet the whole kitchen. Ants is all over the kitchen. It make our living experience very bad, unsecured, and worried about our belongings, feeling unsafe throughout the entire stay... And the wifi cannot be connected . Even we had feedback and sent photos and video many times to property operator, they don't even bother, never send anyone to take a look. Very...

"Lower bathroom showerhead broken, entire unit stunk of Indian food coming from next door, neighbors making noise every night until early hours, TV not working. we requested some clean towels which did not arrive. lots of traffic noise. Premises not very clean. For what we paid no value at all."

"訂的時候以為是apartment，去到才發現是民宿形式。酒店是位於住宅大樓，住了很多中國學生。屋子跟照片差不多，但沒有乾衣機。 在入住到達前，你要check e_mail,負責人會告訴你要去哪拿鑰匙。我是去到才發現的，我到的時候是12點，跟著負責人給的步驟，去拿鑰匙，密碼是錯誤的，我用e-mail告訴負責人，負責人又重新告訴我一個新的密碼，但還是沒有鑰匙。 我又用e-mail告訴負責人然後問她，可不可以先讓我放一下行李，負責人告訴我check in time是3點，不能提早check in。我和我的家人們一直等到3點，想說有鑰匙了吧，但還是沒有拿到。負責人說因為地壇髒了，要花時間清潔，我們又等了大半個小時，差不多到4點才終於拿到鑰匙。 浪費了我4個小時，完全打亂了我們那天的行程。"
