"This is our go-to hotel when we come to Kent. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the rooms are always super clean, and you can't beat the location."

"Only thing is there was not a couch as advertised. Only a setee that was extremely had that you could not see the tv from. The couch is tge main reason we chose this room type."

"You could not sleep with the noise. An alarm went off in my room. Staff said I could fix it. I would have had to move and climb furniture. I was told no maintenance was on staff. That was before 6, after being up from other noise most of the night."
