"This place offered the best budget-quality ratio. We stayed for a basketball tournament and the staff could not help the kids running up and down the hallways and banging on doors but tried their very best to keep the chaos under control.
Ms. Diane at check-in is so sweet and pleasant. I had issues with the virtual check-in and her customer service was excellent. For additional room items like extra towels or toilet paper, you text their number and we got our items right away.

"My experience at this Holiday Inn location on 05/02/26 around 11:00 a.m. was completely unacceptable.
The front desk attendant was not at her post and appeared to be hiding in a back office. I only received assistance after asking a housekeeping employee in the coffee area, who had to go into the office to locate her. Guests should not have to track down staff just to get basic service.
When she finally came out, her attitude was openly rude and dismissive. She provided vague, minimal answers...
