"My brother and I stayed Sat April 4. My brothers toilet was discussing like it was not cleaned for quite awhile. It took sometime to set up for his TV to work, get channels. There was no breakfast. Toast and coffee. I would not recommend this place nor would I stay here again. "

"The property was clean and quiet, the staff was polite and nice. The only thing that worries me is their request for a credit card when I had already paid through Expedia. They took my card information, including the card number and CVC number, which I think is not secure. I personally blocked my card and asked my bank for a new one, which is a waste of my time."

"Pros: front desk staff were lovely, price was good, equipped with coffee maker/microwave and fridge, and the pool was great for a young child. Cons: the room was fairly rundown (they are currently under renovations but our room was older), the pool needs a deep clean and upgrades, the cleanliness of the room was not great (corners and edges of carpet showed dirt and debris) and stains on walls, and worst of all there were silverfish in the coffee bar area. The silverfish problem alone would...

"Room was not very clean upon arrival. Let front desk know. Not sure if cleaning staff cleaned again. Was able to get an early check in. Was quiet considering the long weekend. As in not much noise. Air conditioning/ heating non functional. Room was comfortable "

"I did not get the room I booked a month in advance and was told it was because I booked on Expedia. The blinds in the room were broken. The experience was not nearly as good or pleasant as my first time staying there. The hotel as gone down hill for sure."

"3 times I booked a kitchenette suite and each time the kitchenette was not equipped the same. Bare minimums. Had to bring my own coffee maker, no can opener in some, no toaster in another, 1 pot in one. Hard to make meals with limited items or didn't know what extras to bring. They should be more consistent with what is in these units. Or at least state what is guaranteed in the rooms."
