"Parking available at the property, nice village location. Room was nice with period features (although disappointed the 4-poster bed not there as advertised). Food from the pub was delicious although you could hear the noise from downstairs - this didn't particularly bother us but be aware if an early or light sleeper that the rooms are above the bar. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

The only negative was the mattress in the double bed and the two single beds were firm and uncomfortable and I would suggest purchasing a mattress topper or some new mattresses as this was the only negative that we experienced. "We stayed 3 nights in a bleak February. The weather was bad, but the room was warm and cosy. The dining hall was shut, but a continental breakfast was laid out on the landing and a small table and chairs provided in the room. Cooked breakfast was available for a small extra fee, but we didn't feel we needed one. "This guest house was superbly clean, comfortable and warm. Travelled with two other adults and had a spacious room which could easily have taken 4. We were welcomed by Lucy who instantly made us feel at home in Green Haven and the local area. Short distance from the town centre and theatre. Although on a main road was surprisingly quiet.
