"Great location, clean room , beautiful lobby. Didn’t interact with staff much and didn’t have the room serviced during our 2 day stay. Breakfast is not included and desk said it’s been some time since it was yet Expedia still lists it as such ."

"It wasnt the largest suite ive stayed in but it was large enough to feel spacious and i love the way they worked with the space they had in the room. It was my second favorite room ive ever stayed in, second only to a large penthouse suite i ended up getting by chance at a different hotel. And the pillows were amazing. And they only charged a small fee for incidentals when every other hotel nowadays wants to charge hundreds, sometimes more than the cost of the room and then often dont give it...
"Very good stay for me and my husband. This hotel has a lot of character because it is a historical building. The room was quite small (we had a regular queen room) but thoughtfully laid out.
We also loved the area in which it is located. Everything downtown was walkable, which is what we wanted.
One complaint - The continental breakfast was excellent but the coffee was not hot. I could have probably said something about this though. The staff is super attentive and helpful. "
"I was part of a bridal party who was getting ready at the hotel and staying in a room the same night. I arrived at 9 am to meet up with the bridal party. I talked with JM the receptionist about checking in a little bit early due to the bridal party leaving for the venue before check in could happen. JM the receptionist let me check in early and made my stay extremely convenient. Thank you JM! "
"Room was spacious and updated. Breakfast was solid buffet, slightly above the average 3 star chain hotel breakfast. Basketball court and squash court available for free use with rentals included which was a big plus. Room service offered for breakfast and dinner but menu is fairly limited. Staff was very friendly. Pool looked nice but no AC so it was unusable which I read in other reviews so may not be fixed for future stays. Grounds were nice with a nice walking trail, volleyball net and plenty...
