"The room we were originally given was right in the front of the hotel on a busy street and was very noisy. After a conversation with the front desk we changed to a nice quiet interior room. I enjoyed the continental breakfast. It was well stocked with many options for eat and drink. Be advised that they do charge for parking which is below the hotel."

"This inn was beyond our expectations—so clean, attractive and comfortable. We had a room overlooking the small adjacent beach park as well as a view of the bay. We loved sitting out on our balcony and listening to the sea lions bark! The staff was so lovely and helpful, and the room itself was filled with nice amenities, including a coffee nook. "Breakfast was great. 24/7 coffee. Location is close to Cannery Row. Rooms are updated and nice with safe, mini fridge, lighted mirror and a Keurig. Chargers for micro usb and usb. The courtyard has a couple nice seating areas. The lobby is pleasant with plenty of seating for breakfast. "

"We had two rooms, arrived on a Friday, left on Sunday, needed towels and they were not any available to get for two days. First person told us they didn’t have a key to get them and come back in the morning. Went back the next morning was told they were the only person there and they would have to wait for someone else to come in, Still no towels!!!! Poor service, hotel was nice"

"Our overall stay was good and the staff was friendly but found it pretty sketchy that when we were gone and the do not disturb sign was on the door that someone from the property decided to let themselves in our room and take our air freshener. I asked why at the front desk but could never get an answer. The breakfast was good and the lady that works the breakfast was nice and helpful."

"I had a very lovely stay! The location is great…very close to everything you could possibly need. The room was spotless and had lots of amenities…fridge and microwave were perfect! The bed was super comfy too! They have laundry on site and you can also refill water legacy was very helpful! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning to this property and highly recommend!"
