"I travel to Townsend a couple of times a year to visit GSMNP and have stayed at numerous hotels in that area. This was my first time at The Parkman. Property was clean and staff were efficient. My only complaint was that my room did not have a mini-fridge and microwave. The property is undergoing some renovations and I hope they add mini-fridges and microwaves to all their rooms. The restaurant next door is also under renovation so there is no breakfast offering at the current time."

"Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug."

"My tv did not work either night I was there. I reported it the morning following my first night and they said they would fix it. Still didn’t work the second night. Also the building I was in was 20-30 feet from a road. I was not aware of this when I booked. If I ever book again I will specify the location of the room as well as verify that the tv works. The Tremont is centrally located to everything you would want to do. The staff was very friendly and tried to help with my issues."

"Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra. Super angenehm, da Gatlinburg zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Man braucht daher kein Auto um Gatlinburg zu erkunden. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich."

"Our rooms were a half block away from the front office & we’re in a dirty building with stained carpets in the hallways, room & peeling paint at the elevators. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling…unacceptable! The breakfast was depleted & not replenished well before it was supposed to end. The only saving grace was the nice gentleman who checked us in & its location to walkable places to eat & shop. Beyond disappointing accommodations!!! :("

"It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it."
