It's quiet (except for rooms on alleyway where dumpsters are emptied in the morning, but that's brief). You don't need to go to the pub first if you get the code to the door and room number via the portal or email (all of that info is in reminder emails). You enter, go to room and key is on bed. "Badkamer was niet schoon, douche was slecht, bed was goed en personeel vriendelijk. Voor de deur een bushalte voor naar het centrum."

"It’s an older hotel, the other side of the bridge from Edinburgh so cheaper by miles. It’s decent with plenty of parking. Bar is open 24 hours in the foyer. Breakfast was decent hot and cold buffet style. Would stay again."

"The location was great for getting into downtown Edinburgh by bus. Very Easy pick up and drop off out front. Parking can be an issue. Limited space on property but then you can pay to park in zoo parking lot, or keep moving your car as spots open up. Inquire more for parking. Also please be aware there are no wash cloths in Scotland or Ireland. Not even at a Holiday Inn. We went and bought one at a beauty/pharmacy store."
