"The room was very small and dark. The bed was soft and the pillows rock hard. The door wouldn’t lock which as a single woman was very worrying for me. I called reception and was told I could move room but it was 11pm and I was very tired and was undressed. Consequently I had a poor nights sleep as I was worried someone could get in. There was no bedside light so I had to leave my phone on all night. The EV chargers were extortionate. "

"The bathroom was lovely and great toilet paper quality and towels, nice toiletries too. Nice tea tray and bed was comfy. However there was a gaping hole filled with cobwebbed pipes and the view out of the window was over bins. The room was cold but a portable heater was provided and sufficient. Dinner was great, the food was of an acceptable quality but the star of the show was the staff that served dinner. They were not intrusive, but were so helpful, a great steady pace of service. "Soon as we walked in it smelt like an old peoples home, fusty and old - in need of a good clean. Walls are paper thin, only one pillow each. Bathroom was awful, dirty toilet. Check in was easy enough and we didnt really use the amenities. The only reason we didnt leave and go somewhere else is because it was dirt cheap and we were only staying as it was close to the airport for a early flight. So really you get what you pay for but wouldnt recommend or go back"
