"The room itself was very clean, but it was outdated and a little run-down. The pool area definitely needs some attention. There were leaves everywhere, and there was a pool chair sitting in the pool the entire week we were there. The hot tub also needs to be deep cleaned.

"Entered the hotel room noticed roaches crawling on the wall. There were no hangers in the closet to hang up my clothes and no telephone to call the front desk. If there was an emergency or needed something entered the bathroom the toilet was broke. It will not flush the bathtub was dirty had a lot of hair and things in. It was not clean requested towels and was told that they would not be available until after 9 a.m. this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and received no help...
