"The pool/hot tub entrance is not ideal since you have to walk through the gym. Things are not labelled with directional signs for steam room or hot tub so it’s a little difficult to navigate. Hot tub is big but the jets are lacking The hours of pool/hot tub on weekends are only 8-8 which was disappointing. The rooms are superb though and very clean. "Excellent experience, beautiful hotel, lovely staff! Even at their wonderful buffet breakfast we felt a little overwhelmed because the sitting area felt a little too intimate with close seating, but the lovely staff understood and placed us in an area with more privacy. The only thing i could say thats not positive is their sliding bathroom door in the hotel room felt loud to open and close in the night while my husband was sleeping, and i didnt feel like it was very sound proof for Bathroom...

"The Ace Hotel is a treat! The decor is thoughtful and relaxing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Although we didn't have our dog, it is also pet friendly without a pet fee! It is conveniently located, walkable to lots of amenities."
