"The hotel has maintained a dignified, stately approach to guest services. Requests are considered and the staff try to make your stay as personal as possible. The rooms are beautiful and it is one of, if not the quietest hotels I have stayed in. The layout of rooms keeps the noise at bay."

"Kind and helpful staff"

"We had a wonderful one night stay while we were in Toronto. The hotel is super clean and conveniently located many things that are within walking distance. The valet service was nice and they held our bags and car for awhile longer after check out so we could explore the city more. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone passing through!"

"I loved my stay! The room was spacious, well decorated, and clean! The staff were very helpful and called up to let me know they'd forgotten to give me a drink voucher during my check in. My room had a "mystery room" (used to be a washer/dryer). The door was unlocked but didn't close properly so it opened a few times. I'm sure they'll fix it with renos soon.
