"This place is beautiful, but I’m very sensitive to mold and chemicals and both of these were prevalent. The A/C had visible mold all around that and in the middle of the night a pest and weed control crew came and sprayed the heck out of the grounds with pesticides and herbicides. If you’re ok with the above, than I will say that this place is quite beautiful, the pool is great and being right on the water is lovely."

"It is a gorgeous property with a beautiful beach and nice, warm pools. The room was great and had an amazing ocean view. Staff was nice and courteous. However, I was very displeased with 2 things: 1) housekeeping didn't come to clean the room - we had to request several times before we had a cleaning on day 2 but day 3, again no one came. "The beach club charged me for food I never received and the rooftop restaurant added a 20% tip to my bill without ever asking how much I wanted to leave. Service across the property was inattentive and rude. I waited a long time to even get a server’s attention, let alone resolve the billing issues. Food does take a long time to arrive. One safety note: there are jellyfish near their beaches, so be cautious if you’re swimming. The one bright spot was the pool service, which was genuinely good....
